'Villa Familia' is a three-bedroom self catering villa with all the amenities of home. The villa is fitted with ceiling fans and air-conditioners and fully equipped with ceramic electric cooker, crockery and utensils, fridge / freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine, iron / board and hair dryer. 

Of the three bedrooms, each is equipped with an air-conditioner and ceiling fan for your comfort, the first two rooms contain double 'king size' beds and are fully equipped with en-suite deluxe shower rooms. The third bedroom has two 90cm twin beds and is adjacent to a bathroom. All bed linen is provided including towelling except beach.

The open plan Kitchen / dining room has a table & chairs for six and a ceiling fan. The lounge is fitted with a ceiling fan as well as a air-conditioner. There is a 32" LCD wall mounted satellite TV, video and Hi-Fi.  The lounge leads outside to a small terrace with a retractable awning. The terrace leads down to the main patio with various lighting combinations and a large 28' x 14' kidney shaped swimming pool with roman steps and underwater lighting and two further terraces, one of which is a roof terrace. The villa is surrounded by patios and there is also a large open-ended double garage to take two cars. A Barbecue is also available for your use and a travel cot is available on request.
