Welcome to our Spanish Self Catering Family Holiday Villa
'Villa Familia' is a three-bedroom self catering villa complete with three
guest bedrooms and all the luxuries of home. The villa is fully equipped
with electric cooker, fridge / freezer, microwave, TV, video and hifi.
All linen is provided except for toweling. Ceiling fans are fitted in
the upper rooms and a washing machine in the downstairs en-suite room.
Of the three bedrooms, the first two rooms contain double 'king size'
beds and are fully equipped with en-suite deluxe shower rooms. The third
bedroom has two 90cm twin beds and is adjacent to a bathroom.
The open plan Kitchen, dining room (with table & chairs for six)
& lounge leads outside to a small terrace with patio, kidney shaped
swimming pool with underwater
lighting and two further terraces, one of which is a roof
terrace. Next to this is a large open-ended double garage to take two
cars.
A Barbecue is also available for your use.
The villa commands splendid views overlooking Denia
and its castle, the sea and surrounding area. It is 2-3 km (4 minutes
by car), from the town and beaches. One of the nature trails on 'Montgo'
is only four minutes walk away. It is possible to walk all the way to
Javea
along this trail.
